Bacon bits
1Dry fry bacon bits in a pan just until cooked through.
Meatballs
1Chop the Mint leaves as fine as possible.
2Combine the mince, bacon bits, mint, steak and chops spice, salt and pepper.
3Do not overwork mince.
4Roll the mince into small about 1,5cm-2cm round balls.
5Place meatballs in a medium heated pan.
6Place lid on the pan and check the meatballs every 1.5 Minutes , continuously turning until golden brown.
7Remove from pan and wait to cool off a bit.
8Put toothpicks in the meatballs and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
Do not overcook the mince as the meatballs can become dry.
Do not add anything else as the meatball will stick on its own.
