Raspberry Cheesecake

Raspberry Cheesecake. Perfect balance between sweet and sour!

  • Prep: 1 hr 15 mins
  • Yields: 4 - 6 servings



1 cup of almond flour

1 T of raw cacao

2 T of Xylitol

Pinch of cinnamon

3 blocks of 85% dark chocolate

3/4 cup melted butter


250g of cream cheese

3 T of full fat yogurt (plain)

250g of raspberries

2 T of xylitol

1 tsp of vanilla essence



1Melt butter and chocolate.

2Combine almond flour, cacao, xylitol, cinnamon, chocolate and butter.

3Set aside.


1Add cream cheese, yogurt, raspberries, xylitol and vanilla essence to a bowl.

2Use electric mixer and mix all of the ingredients thoroughly.


1Press crust down into the serving dish of choice.

2Add the cream cheese filling.

3Refrigerate for about 60 Minutes.
