Spinach And Cheese Mushrooms

Spinach and Cheese Mushrooms. A great side dish or on its own for lunch.

- Yields: 4 servings
1Heat a frying pan to medium to high heat.
2Add the butter and garlic.
3Add the portobello mushrooms and fry until soft and tender (you can fry with lid on).
4Cook the spinach for 8 Minutes until soft.
5Drain all of the water.
6Place the mushroom at the bottom, add the spinach and cheese.
7Place the mushrooms in the oven at 180°C for 5 Minutes or in the microwave for 1.5 Minutes until cheese has melted.
8Add salt and pepper to taste.
