1Heat a frying pan to high heat.
2Add the butter.
3Scrape the meat with a tablespoon (do not wash the meat) until it is not longer wet.
4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5Once the butter is very hot (you will see the foam on top disappearing) then add the meat.
1Remove the meat from the pan and add the milk.
2Let it simmer for about 1.5 Minutes.
3Pour over meat.
Wait for the butter to be very hot to get the best results.
